Exclusions - Sample boxes, sample items, opened DVDs and digital purchases cannot be returned. Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.
For orders shipped within the U.S., merchandise must be sent back within 40 days of purchase. To request a refund or replacement, click here and enter your order number and billing zip code at the top of the page to get started. At this time, only the following reasons can be processed via service.vitacost.com
- Damaged (broken glass, cracked plastic bottles, missing safety seals and leaking)
- Product issue (expired or wrong item)
- Lost in shipping/did not arrive
- Missing items

For orders shipped outside of the U.S., merchandise must be sent back within 100 days of purchase. We do not offer replacements for orders shipped outside of the U.S. at this time. Please contact customer service to process a refund.
