What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy and completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, as well as the service we provide. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return the item(s) in question.
Step 1: Contact customer service via chat and a customer service agent will provide you with a return authorization number.
Orders shipped within the U.S. - merchandise must be sent back within 30 days of purchase.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. - Due to extended shipping times, you have up to 90 days after purchase to return items.
Step 2: To ensure quick processing of your return, please write your return authorization number on the return label and include the original packing slip sent with your order.
Exclusions - Sample boxes, sample items, opened DVDs and digital purchases cannot be returned. Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges. Vitacost provides service for orders placed directly through our website or through an approved vendor. If you have made a purchase through another company or website, please contact them regarding any issues or concerns.
