If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you return the item(s) in question.
Orders shipped within the U.S.
Merchandise must be sent back within 40 days of purchase
For refunds or replacements, please visit service.vitacost.com and click "I have an issue with my shipment". You will need your order number or billing information to process the request.
Orders shipped outside of the U.S.
Merchandise must be sent back within 100 days of purchase
We do not offer replacements at this time.

For returns, please email, chat or call Customer Service and a customer service agent will provide you with a return authorization number. To ensure quick processing of your return, please write your return authorization number on the return label and include the original packing slip sent with your order.

Exclusions - Sample boxes, sample items, opened DVDs and digital purchases cannot be returned. Only one opened package of any product can be returned. All others of the same product must be in a factory-sealed container to be eligible for a refund.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus shipping charges. Vitacost provides service for orders placed directly through our website & our authorized resellers. If you have made a purchase through another company or website, please contact them regarding any issues or concerns.
